first_imgBrazilian youngster Vinicius Junior revealed that he is having a blast at Real Madrid and he is trying to follow Santiago Solari’s advice.Besides Karim Benzema’s impressive performance last weekend against Espanyol, the other great news for Real Madrid is Vinicius Junior. The young winger who just arrived this season at the club, is already turning into one of Los Blancos’ most important players this season as he has managed to fill the void that Cristiano Ronaldo left when he moved to Juventus last summer.Despite being only 18-years old, Vinicius has proved that he really is one of the biggest teenager talents in world football right now and the Real Madrid jersey is not heavy at all for him.Now that Gareth Bale has returned to the club after another muscular injury, manager Santiago Solari will have to make a decision between Vinicius and Lucas Vazquez, it looks like the Spaniard will be the sacrificed player who won’t be able to keep playing for the club’s starting eleven. The chosen one to accompany both Bale and Benzema will be the young Brazilian, who is already starting to remind people that Neymar may not be necessary after all.🤔 ¿Quién debería ir al banquillo con el regreso de Bale?🇧🇷 Vinicius🇪🇦 Lucas Vázquez🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Bale— AS (@diarioas) January 28, 2019But even if he is playing the best football we’ve seen from a Real Madrid player as of late, Vinicius is still trying to remain modest when the press asks him about his role in the squad.People want to know if he considers himself a starter for Santiago Solari’s Real Madrid, the player responds in a natural way without adding any pressure to his already impressive moment with the club.“No, I just arrived not long ago. “I am playing more and I’m happy,” said Vinicius via Four Four Two. “I want Real Madrid to win and whoever is the best player will play.”“The coach tells me to show personality and to play well. “He’s told me that ever since I arrived. The group helps me a lot and I’m content.”Real Madrid is currently not in a good position at the table with already 10 points behind FC Barcelona but they are now winning pretty much all their matches in the last few games.Jose Mourinho, Lionel MessiMourinho: “Lionel Messi made me a better coach” Andrew Smyth – September 14, 2019 Jose Mourinho believes the experience of going up against Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi at Real Madrid made him a greater coach.“We’ve started 2019 very well,” Vinicius added.“We played well once again and now we’re getting players like [Gareth] Bale and [Marco] Asensio back.”“The group is getting better and we’ll keep trying to win every game and to go into the Champions League in the best possible form.”Vinícius Júnior: “En el Real Madrid o en la selección, pero quiero jugar con Neymar”— Champions Total (@champions_total) January 28, 2019Just this Monday Vinicius granted an interview to Esporte Interativo about his great moment with the club, the player was questioned about several topics and mentioned everything about his great moment with the club. The presenter asked him about the Brazil National Team, the options he has to play the Copa America and how much he would like to play alongside compatriot Neymar.Vinicius didn’t hesitate and mentioned the PSG star as his role model, he confessed that he would love to play with Neymar on either Real Madrid or Brazil but he stated that he can’t wait alongside his biggest idol in football right now.Vinicius knows exactly where his allegiances lie, he wants to follow the footsteps of the Brazilian captain and he may just become a better footballer than Neymar is at the moment.Being able to break through at Real Madrid in the way he’s done it so far, is something that very few players have been able to accomplish at such an early age.Equipo! 🔥⚽️🙌🏿 !HALAMADRID!— Vinicius Jr ⚡️ (@vini11Oficial) January 28, 2019What do you think about Vinicius’ progression at Real Madrid at such an early age?
